…. And end up still starving and nutritionally empty.
I know my choice.
I have gained 3 lbs since Christmas so I was feeling pretty bad and decided to do a before and after type picture. I found a really YUCK picture of my face at my highest weight and took one in the same place at about the same angle. I carry a lot of my weight in my face/shoulder area. I was blown away by how much progress I have made. Looking at myself everyday makes it really hard to see that much of a difference so it really helps me to see these type of pictures.

My name is Jessica, I’m 27 years old. I have struggled with weight my whole life and finally decided this year that I had enough of being unhappy. In the last 3 1/2 months I have lost 35 lbs.
